is it possible to link multiple bitcoin addresses to a wallet?
norotartagen 2017-01-14 12:58:08
Jimmy_: not via the bitcoin protocol but it wouldn't be impossible to program a software wallet to do that
spudowiar 2017-01-14 13:00:07
Jimmy_: Define linking Bitcoin addresses to a wallet
s7r 2017-01-14 13:00:39
Jimmy_: in a simple way, there's no way to tell if two addresses belong to the same wallet.
Jimmy_ 2017-01-14 13:02:02
spudowiar_: I never used bitcoin wallet, so not sure how the internal works, but was just a question that popped into mind
Jimmy_ 2017-01-14 13:02:53
so im just assuming the wallet works more like a password manager
PRab 2017-01-14 13:07:17
Jimmy_: Yes, a wallet is like a password manager in that way. One wallet can have many addresses.
