krashan: I see, thanks :) Also, Do you know if such external are drives available? Ones which have SATA cables instead of USB/LAN ? Or will I have to buy an internal drive and use it like an external?
krashan 2017-01-14 04:46:29
kermlin: Well, if the board has internal style SATA connector, I would assume it has some way to mount a drive inside case.

krashan: I think it is too thin to accomodate most kinds... I'll have to check...

learning about double spending... even if one receive 1 confirm that doesnt protect again double spending correct? meaning lets say some miners receive transaction 'a' and the other miners receive transaction 'b' and both miners win the soltuion problem around the same time... then miners with transacton 'b' win another solution ' transaction 'c' this would cause fork and the nodes that have transaction 'a' would roll that back correct?

mod_cure: it's about the chain. longest chain is the real one
Pilate 2017-01-14 05:40:35
yes mod_cure its possible during a reorg
Anduck 2017-01-14 05:41:24
mod_cure: reog can happen when the longest chain gets replaced. e.g. someone mines longest-1 +2 new blocks -> new longest
mod_cure 2017-01-14 05:42:26
ok miner with transaction 'b' and 'c' is the longest chain now, so it win.. double spend.. correct?
